Went to Yokosuka to have a look around. Geeky, but we went there because the Sega Dreamcast game called Shenmue was based in Yokosuka. Unfortunately, apart from street names, it didn't resemble the game much. In fact after a massive stomp around the place we couldn't wait to get away because due to the American Navy base there it didn't feel so much like Japan, lots of Americans there, and American stores and food places.
Suddenly at a loose end we found ourselves back in Akihabara playing games again! Saw this ridiculous horse gambling game with massive screens, where people just mong out in a comfy chair and bet on a virtual horse race.. seems popular though.
