Just one more pasty
Packed this morning, last minute as expected, then checked out the new 'original pasty shop' in Plymouth - AWESOME!
The whole travel light and get everything through hand luggage idea has gone out the window, my 35litre rucksack is rammed and I haven't really got that much in there. :p
On the road now, next stop heathrow! Flight is at 22:00. Woohah!

Greetings..
Welcome to my travel brog!
About 10 weeks ago I made the decision to resign a perfectly stable job that I enjoy doing to go traveling for a year. Yes I am crazy, but thats no big secret. :D
Today is my last day at work. 10 weeks has gone by pretty quickly, and I'm feeling slightly mental and very excited. The anticipation is killing me but in 5 days time I'll be a on a flight to Delhi, India. Having never been outside of Europe this is going to be a major culture shock!
Ive booked the flights and two weeks snowboarding in Whistler for when I get to Canada but other than that I have not really planned this much, just going to see where the wind takes me! I dont have a massive budget so its going to be fun!
Being a geek, I plan to track my journey using gps, and geotag my photos. I'll post on this blog whenever I can so the internets can point and laugh at my poverty and misfortune along the way.
My itinerary goes something like this;
